ZF recrute 250 ingénieurs

L’équipementier allemand ZF a annoncé son intention de recruter 250 ingénieurs d’ici 2008. Ce besoin est motivé par son objectif de lancer un système à entraînement hybride sur le marché dans les années à venir pour l'industrie européenne. Son plan de recrutement prévoit 100 nouveaux ingénieurs pour les développements en électronique et hybride pour cette année et 150 de plus pour 2008.

Selon Hans-Georg Härter, Président de ZF, « en réponse à ces projets et demandes, nous positionneront ZF comme un fournisseur en technologie hybride de l'industrie automobile. With the objective of launching a hybrid drive system on the market within the next few years, ZF is working intensively on orders for the German and European automotive industry. Around 100 new employees will be added to the ZF hybrid team before the end of this year. The series of hybrid developments at ZF ranges from components and modules to complete hybrid systems. The company also has in-depth knowledge of the spatial and functional integration of hybrid modules into automotive transmissions and drivelines plus years of experience in developing software for driveline and chassis system solutions.

Innovative technologies for commercial vehicles and passenger cars are developed at the main ZF engineering centers located in Friedrichshafen, Schweinfurt, Passau, Dielingen and Schwäbisch Gmünd, , as well as in Detroit . Some 60 percent of all ZF employees work at sites in .
