L’ ESTACA et Faurecia ont signé une convention de partenariat Ecole-Entreprise. Faurecia participera à certains enseignements en anglais du cursus ingénieur à dominante automobile et du Master Euromind. Le partenariat inclut également, outre le parrainage de promotion et la taxe d'apprentissage, l'accord de bourses destinées à financer pour partie la scolarité d’étudiants sélectionnés pour leur excellence.

OUR OBJECTIVES :
- To create a group composed of international profiles, not only French, German and Spanish Graduates but also other European and Non European Graduates.
- To generate multicultural and international teams, as mirror of the Eurocopter Business.

In the coming years, we want to identify out of this group our future managers. Therefore we are looking for people with high-level academic backgrounds, able to handle multicultural issues and project work in complex organisations. We expect them to react quickly and appropriately to the company's stakes to lead our world wide business successfully into the future.

OUR OFFER :
- An unlimited contract starting with a 15-months entry program divided into 3 rotational 5 months assignments
- High quality assignments in line with real Eurocopter business priorities and located in different countries and/or different functions.
- A shared project related to one of our main current business challenges to deliver at the end of the program
- Specific training on multicultural awareness, business and management attitude and personal development
- A dedicated follow-up of your development by managers and HR team

Requirements

We are looking for recently graduated people with :
- A successful experience acquired abroad (1 year)
- A willingness to move within Eurocopter Group
- Fluent in 3 languages, including English and one other language used in Eurocopter-based countries (French, German, Spanish)
- Proven academic excellence
- Relevant internships
- Multicultural understanding
- Creativity and innovation
- Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills
- Passion for technology
- Commitment to quality

Ready to adapt yourself to any work situation, function and location

Your qualification

Technical background: Engineer in Aeronautics, Mechanics, Electronics, Informatics, Production management

Graduates in Economics
and of course...
Double competencies are welcome (Engineer + Master in Business for example)
